Is this a buy and keep movie ? There is no such thing as an upgrade - what you may be able to do is ask the Skystore team if they will offer a goodwill refund and allow you to start again.

Wouldn't upgrade be a useful option and additional revenue stream in these days do declining subscriber numbers for Sky?

The only formats available from Sky Store can vary but there seems to be no UHD movies to either rent or buy at present.

When movies become available on Sky Cinema eg today there is

"DC League Of Super-Pets" showing in UHD - HDR.
