Purchase of the new mission impossible stopped playing half way

The film stopped playing half way through saying there was an error.  Have tried restarting my phone but remains a problem, can I fix this or get a refund?  Thanks

Thank you... deleted app off my phone and reinstalled it and then it worked okay 👍

What was the error message and did you manage to get the film restarted ?
