Premier film download sound no picture

Downloaded 'Till' from Sky Premier movies @ £15.99. Have sound but no picture. Forwarded and still the same. Refund it.

Are you trying to watch this on the Sky+ or Sky Q box that you rented it on ?

Probably worth clarifying also @SimonBou are you watching on a sky box connected directly to your TV by HDMI ?

We see often on the forum that the premiere rentals only work when connected by HDMI due to the extra built in copy protection these movies have.  So for example - SKY HD with a "magic eye" usually won't work on a premiere rental. 

You aren't chatting directly to Sky here by the way - we are almost all customers like you

With a scart cable or magic eye @SimonBou ?

if so - I do think it could be a copy protection issue

And are you watching it on the TV that is connected directly to the box via a HDMI cable or are you perhaps using a TV link or Magic Eye to watch it in another room ?
