Poor quality film rental

Hi,

 

I  rented a film last night but the picture quality was very poor and i would like a credit to my sky account please.

 

I did check our broadband which had full bandwidth at the time so there was no issue.

I recently found the options to watch in what what quality you want i.e HDR, HD or SD.

 

Navigating the UI to find this is horrible though it isn't how it was 20 odd years ago
