I've tried several times to upload a photo of my ASDA receipt but it's just numbers that come up in the box,no photo. Can anyone help?

My guess is that the upload has actually worked and that the numbers are the systems's way of confirming it

You may wish to try on a PC or laptop to see if that displays differently but I've known a few systems where the confirmation you see is a number. Does it submit ok with just the numbers ?

You could always tryusing a different web browser as sometimes it is an add-on that causes issues like this to happen.
