Paying silly money for sky

to be told that we can't spend more money on purchasing a movie. Our account is not enabled?!!!

we can't pay anymore money!

This is a regular thing we hear of on accounts. It usually just needs you to agree a purchase limit with Sky for movie rentals / purchases. 

Live chat usually works well and they open at 11am tomorrow

The message is a bit misleading @Ccyyyyyy as you don't need to spend more money to get this enabled as all you need to do is as @mike+simmonds has said and get in touch with Sky support who should be able to enable purchases on your account.
