Paying & recording film in UHD.
I don't know anything about Sky Q, my partner has paid & recorded a film in UHD which is not compatiable with his TV, he should have recorded it in HDMI, this is what he tells me. How can he resolve this issue?
Thanks.

Re: Paying & recording film in UHD.
If it's a rented movie - that's an easy one to fix. Just delete it. Go to your"manage" section in your recordings and delete it again
You won't have been charged as you haven't started to watch it
You can then re rent it in HD (it's not HDMI - HDMI is the name of the cable type)
If however the movie is a purchase (a buy and keep) you would need to contact the Skystore team here to ask if they would refund
