Paid to rent a movie on sky store but it’s not playing. I have tried on four devices!

The movie I have rented on sky store is not playing. I have tried on tv through now tv stick. On a Samsung tablet, an IPad and an MacBook! No messages why not it's just not doing anything

That's odd @Forgodsakes 

 

With the screen you show there's nothing to suggest the device is not registered

 

I assume you are logged in to your account ok and that the devices can play HD movies (if that's what you rented)

 

Leo Grande isn't a Premiere rental (often temperamental) so probably easiest to get some specific support from the Skystore support team (open till 7.30pm)
