My daughter has just paid for a film (trolls band together) without asking and we already have it? Is there anyway of cancelling this?

The best thing I can suggest is that you try the Skystore livechat which opens next at 11am.
if you are free, I find a good way to get through the queue is to log on about 30 seconds before 11am and just hang on until it opens. Hope that helps and that there is something they can offer
