They asked to confirm my details which I did now 5 days ago
It's a total disgrace, a month and still no film or anyone from sky getting back to me but when they want you to upgrade it take new deal they are all over you
I paid now and still no film.... I will go to financial ombudsman

I can tell this is incredibly annoying to you but on the occasions when Skystore have messed up with me (only twice in 10 years but including once in December) they have been really great in resolving it through live chat and I'm surprised they aren't resolving for you through the same channel
I'm going to try to escalate this for you directly to Sky and they may get back to you through a special speech bubble message in this forum (some of us that have been posting for years have this option) and I do hope it helps to resolve it for you

was old i would receive a teco voucher and the rewards after 2 days says awaiting despatch, it was menat to be emailed to me, another con it seems
