Ordered film from sky store and blu ray not arrived for Christmas gift
film ordered 16th December , the film should be despatched next day tracked but nothing showing anywhere , sky dobt care either , I want full refund now as I had to buy film elsewhere for the gift

Live chat just says all day long not available .... sorry sky you get paid a fortune ... my best friend works for a newspaper in London and he will print my story against sky

It's odd because I've needed to use the livechat twice in the last 10 days and both times I got on in a few minutes
In both cases what worked for me is that I logged on at about 10.55 am and stayed logged on until the opening time at 11am and in both cases I was connected within about 10 minutes
If you are free at that time I would try that - hope you get through. Worth emailing from the same link if you don't.

Find out moreLive Chat doesn't open until 11am as stated earlier so if you are trying around the time of your posts at 7am then it shouldn't be a surprise that you can get to talk to them. So try again just before 11am as stated and hopefully this time you will get to talk to someone.

Might be worth trying the livechat from about 10.55 am tomorrow - stay on the chat for 15 minutes and hopefully you will have connected in that time.
It usually works for me if I need to speak to them.
On your account/ orders - does it say it was posted out ?

Still no blue ray now a month since it was meant to have been sent, 4 days since sky said they would get back to me
