Not sent my movie i purchased

Just purchased a movie not on my sky box ???

So that we can try to offer some suggestions- can you give us a bit more detail - 

 

what device did you use to buy the movie ?

 

what sort of Sky box do you have ?

 

rental ? Or buy and keep ?

Used my voucher at sky.com not on my sky box as promised

In these circumstances you should be able to go to your Sky Q menu- then click on recordings - then purchases 

 

Do you see it there ?

 

if not - can you see it online using the Skystore app ? If so - select "send to box"

 

then give it 2 minutes and look in your recordings / purchases again 

 

any good ?

Hi ive tried to.lool on sky store and send it to box twice it hasn't worked.

So when you bought it, it was on a phone / tablet - 

 

can you see it on that device ? 

Did you get an email from Sky confirming the purchase ?  Just wondering if the purchase completed ok ?

 Do you have the Skystore app on your phone @Sarahkatie1982 ?

 

when you log in with your Skystore ID - do you see your movie with a "send to box" option like this ?

I've tried to restore it and send to box. Nothing is working so gonna ring them tomorrow

The only other thing I can think of @Sarahkatie1982 is to power off your Sky Q box at the mains for 60 seconds, then power back on again. 


Wait till the box has rebooted 

 

then try the "send to Sky box" again. 

that can get things going again.
