Not allowed to register more than one device in a month

Ridiculous that I can't register a device until January as I have already made one change this month. How do we get around this?

I just brought a Christmas movie to watch at home and as I registered one new device a few days ago it now won't let me, even though I had one free space. Even deleted other devices and still can't add my new one.

There is no way around this I'm afraid as this restriction has been in place for a while now so you just have to wait until 1st January before adding another one.

I think Sky have this rule @Emma198045 to

stop people sharing movies across different households and families - but it is annoying when that's not what you are doing 

 

there may be no way around it but if you want to try to persuade the Sky store support team to find a way (no idea if they can) - you could try this link at 11am when they open
