Can you give more information about your setup ? Sky Q or Sky HD. Main TV or secondary ? HD or UHD etc
My guess is that this is down to an extra level of copy protection applied to these premier movies and that part of your system is struggling with that protection. Might even be if you are using an older HDMI cable

My sky box is in attic and linked to TV by the ariel cable and sky eye. Not sure how the HDMI is the issue as there is no HDMI connection between sky box and TV i think? Have ordered movies before and they worked.

Does your Sky+ box have an HMDI out and if so have you connected it to your TV with an HDMI lead.
If the answer to the first question you need a newer Sky+HD box / Sky Q box.

There is your problem then.
Unless your Sky box is actually connected to your TV via HDMI, you aren't going to get a picture on HDCP protected content.

@pjhaahl Thank you, looks like that is the issue. Pity as there is no way I can get an HDMI cable from box (in attic) to TV.

Yup. Unfortunately if you deviate from a standard set up, the law of unintended consequences has a habit of kicking in at some point.

This is a key reply from a different thread from @Kenny-J which will help to clarify
"As this film is a Premier film, there is added security built in, you can only watch this via a HDMI cable compatible TV, if for example you have HD+ box with RF connections and try and play of a 2nd TV the film will play with sound but no picture, a message will be displayed that it can only be viewed via a HDMI connection. If your main TV is only connected by scart the same message will be displayed."
