Having had to reset my Sky Q hard drive I am trying to re-send a movie to the box. Most purchses in my library have the option "Send to Skybox" available, but one doesn't. It also doesn't appear in the "Restore Purchases" list under my account. Why is this one different?

If it's showing in the search results without.a price - you should be able to select it from there

Skystore seems to have a problem with this. Got in touch with them voa chat, spent the last hour or so fiddling with both the skybox and deleted the purchase and re-added it (at least I can see the "send to skybox" option now, but it still won't download.
They've advised me its probably a hardware issue and to call their techie team.
