I have chosen a movie to purchase for 'Free' on Sky store as an offer for a VIP customer. I have a code to enter but did not see any option to enter this code and now I have been charged full price for a movie I didn't really want.

The place to put in the offer code is earlier in the process than you might expect - it's on the first page after you choose a movie (as shown here) not the checkout page.
They have closed tonight but you could try contacting the Skystore team when they open tomorrow morning (11am)
Explain what's happened and see if they can help
