Hi,
I bought the Bonus Edition of Joker: Folie à Deux on Sky Store a while back. I have been able to watch the actual film no problem, but ALL the extras (the mini documentaries) that came with the film all have no audio.
It is definitely not a problem on my end (had this problem once before with another film, then Sky fixed it a few days later on their end (I'm guessing a number of other Sky customers mentioned this to them to prompt the fix), but they initially said it was a problem on my end when it wasn't. Just including this info so hopefully I don't get responses telling me to try various fixes myself. I have tried rebooting/restarting the Sky Store app, restarting my Glass TV etc, and as I expected the issue persists.
I would really appreciate it if a Sky employee could look at the bonus content for Joker 2 and fix the missing audio.
Is anyone else getting the same problem?
I'm sure this is equally frustrating for others who may also have made this purchase too.
If Sky can fix this so I can watch the bonus content I've paid for, I would be deeply appreciative.
Many thanks in advance!

Whenever I see similar posts to yours I always wonder what in audio formats the movie (and then the extras) are being transmitted.
Does it make any difference to what you hear if you change the audio settings on your Glass.
For example if you have yours set to Dolby then try a more basic setting to see if that makes a difference. That would at least rule a few things out or maybe give you a scruffy fix.
