No able to watch film on sky store

You keek saying on funds to watch sky store to watch film this is stupidity if I've got to do this to watch film when you take money from me every month but I can't watch a film

It may well be an unusual system but it's what Sky have set up.  I guess it's to stop a situation where someone who isn't the bill payer in the house runs up a lot of charges on movies ?

Just so you know, on here you are chatting to other customers - like yourself.  You aren't chatting directly to Sky.

All films on Sky Store have to be paid for in one way or another while those in the Sky Cinema section come in your subscription if you have a Sky movies sub. Insufficient funds just means that either your account hasn't been setup for Sky Store purchases or the spending limit on the account has been reached. Either way the Sky Store people will be able to fix this when you contact them.
