Nearly three hours trying to redeem Voucher for my free movie.,

Hello

I have been hours today and other days, trying to redeem my voucher for my free movie. Apparently I'm a Diamond VIP customer. I enter the voucher code , when asked, in the only possible space , which says 'voucher code' but a message says it's wrong and to enter on order summary page. Which doesn't appear anywhere in this process.

Most vouchers go in to this box after signing in online

Best thing I can suggest @JuneJuly 

 

From 11am tomorrow you can livechat with the Skystore team (they open 11am to 7.30pm)

 

they should be able to work out what's going wrong. This is a good link (below)
