My voucher has disappeared from sky rewards page?

My voucher was initially sent to the wrong email address, I rang Sky and they said it would be rectified by last Thursday, I then rang again yesterday and was told this would be sorted by the 24th of this month.  

 

I have checked today and the voucher has now disappeared from my rewards page?

Is this a voucher from within Sky VIP, if so did you claim it or check its expiry date?
