My son accidentally rented a new movie on sky store when we wanted to buy due to cost and rewatching

My son accidentally rented despicable me 4 when he meant to click buy given the cost and wanting to rewatch 

rang sky immediately transferred to a department that was closed 

tried to use online assistant no help 

can this be easily/quickly reversed?

It is to late to do anything tonight so  I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
