My sky stream puck will not let me sign into sky store

I obtained sky stream ( Puck ) 2 months ago. yesterday we decided to watch a movie from the sky store, however the Sky stream ( puck ) wont sing in to the store, just an endless loop through the signin page, i can however sign in via the laptop and the app.

I phoned sky help after trying everything even factory reset.

after 1 hour on the phone going through various changes including email changes to confirm it was exactly the same, ie not capitalised,  i was advised that a factory reset was again needed.

as i had to go out i arranged for a call back, so factory reset the device then unplugged it.

I recieved the call back and after another hour on the phone, including sending pictures of the screens that i was looking at, i was informed it might be a software error on the puck so arranged for a replacement to be sent out.

Replacement arrived, set up logged in to everything, activated the device on the account still got the same problem, everything else works fine but the puck will not sign into sky store.

if anyone has any clues that might help please feel free to share as at the min even sky dont know what to do.

I'm not spending hours via phone or chat to  try and find  resolution to this, I was really  just asking if anyone had had the same problem and knew a quick / simple fix.

To be fair with sky store not working im not encouraged to spend more money , which i see as a win overall
