My sky store account will not let me purchase a movie
Hi, My sky account will not let me purchase a movie.
Message says I have no credit when I pay for my sky on a direct debit, but still get error message every time I try?

Despite the message this isn't actually anything to do with you bill or direct debit.
What this means is that either your account hasn't been setup for Sky Store purchases or you have hit the spending limit that is on it.
Either way you will need to get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
