We recently moved back from Glass to Q. We had two purchases: we're going on a bear hunt (that I've accidentally purchased again) and the tiger that came to tea, that didn't transfer back over in our purchases area...can't work out how to make this happen. Have a feeling that not many people move back so it's not an obvious thing to happen.

Find out moreDo these two films show up here via your online Sky Store account, if so and if everything is linked correctly you should be able to select each one in turn to send to your Sky Q box. If this doesn't work for whatever reason then I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
