My daughter ordered and paid for the Barbie movie on Sky Store. We haven’t received the DVD?

My daughter bought the Barbie movie on Sky Store (Buy and Keep). She has never received the DVD?  Who do we chase for this!!!!

Buy and keep just means she gets to keep it on her downloads, unlike when you rent and it expires after so long of starting it/ once finished watching. 

 

You have to pay extra to have the physical DVD copy now.
