My daughter bought a movie witgout asking me so i wanrt to cancel

I want to cancel it it was. Not watched as I already have it please can this be refunded to me

As we are only customers on here you might want to get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
