My daughter purchased a movie by accident. Can I please get a refund? We haven't watched it and have no intention of accessing it

Hi @Alex_Green

If this is a movie rented on a Sky Q box and you haven't watched any of it - then you should not be charged if you delete it.

For a buy and keep movie or one rented online then you need to ask the Skystore team for a bit of goodwill.

They are just closing livechat for tonight but it opens again at 11am tomorrow

For future - in your parental settings, you can choose to need a PIN to activate a purchase.
