Mufasa not available to rent

Mustafa The Lion King even though it says it's available to pay by and rent is not showing an option to rent on my sky Q box

I agree that I can't see it for rent- but I can't see it advertised as available for rental either, just to buy. 

my guess would be a licencing thing as Disney will be trying to persuade people to sign up with them.
