We recently cancelled our sky tv and when we went to go to the Sky store app to watch movies we purchased in the past they have disappeared. Anyone else had this problem?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAfetr leaving Sky you will need to contact Sky Store support to ask them to change your account to Sky Store only one that will hopefully fix this for you.
I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

Do you know how long this took?
I had mine transferred earlier and they said it may take a while.
