I rented the Godzilla Vs Kong movie but the price was added to my Sky bill rather than be deducted from the credit that I have accrued on the Sky Store. Why is that?

Hi @DeltaOmega

To use credit - you have to use a Sky platform that's not your Sky box (app / online etc)

Anything you rent / buy on your Sky box always gets added to your bill

It's just how Sky have set things up
