Movie pre order, supposed to be out today

I pre ordered j*ckass forever digital, release date today, but have no sign of it and unable to watch it.

I've no inside knowledge but if it reassures you - this isn't just your box. 

I know this movie is available on other platforms- but when I click on Sky Store on my Sky Q box and then on the  movie - I get the same "not available" message 

My guess would be this is known about and being fixed as we speak

It isn't uncommon for these releases to be delayed a day two for reasons unknown so if it still isn't available by Friday it might be worth using the live chat and asking the Sky Store support team about it:

Seems to be a recurring issue with Sky Store (same with Scream), it's available elsewhere but seems Sky messed up again, but using an excuse.

I pre-ordered on the sky store site and sent it to box but it's still not appearing. I can see it is available to buy on the sky Q box which I don't want to do as I have a credit on my sky store online account.

how do I watch the film please?

Is it available to watch for your via the Sky Store website or app, it should be in your library here:

It is in My Library but unable to watch, says pre ordered, but I can see it's now available to buy on the sky store site?! Maybe if someone can cancel the pre-order I could re-order it and maybe it'll work?!

You might be able to cancel the pre-order yourself:

Go to the Sky Store section online here:

If this link doesn't take you to it go to My Account > My Orders and select the cancel option against the film that was pre-ordered.

Unfortunately I cannot cancel, I did try but there is no cancel button, order says pending. Very strange as it is available generally.

Did they say it was a general issue @TonyMCFCOK or something specific to a small number of customers ?  (Just in case others have a similar problem  )
