Went to purchase a movie, and the message came up with 'insufficient funds - reached limited'. But I didn't put a limit on my account. How do I rectify this?

Find out moreThe message means that the spending limit Sky out on your viewing card has either been reached or for whatever reason is is set to £0 so you will have to get in contact with Sky about this but I'm afraid it is to late to do this today but you should be able to tomorrow as per this:
