I left sky a month ago and spoke with someone on the live chat about the 30/40 odd films I had bought that I didn't want to lose. They told me once I left, I could get back in touch and they would ensure I could log in to just access the films I had bought. But since I have left sky, it seems impossible to contact them or get through to anyone! Has anyone had a similar experience or can advise what to do?

Do I need them to link it to my account though? As when I follow that link it just tries to sign me up?

On the phone to them now, no one seems to know how to change my account to a sky store only account. Would it make a difference that I have already left sky?
I have just logged into sky store using my old details but no films are showing.

Are you speaking to the dedicated Skystore team @Alix11 ?(details in the link above)
as opposed to a general Sky number
The "Skystore only" thing is something that we see a lot of on the forum and the Skystore team should definitely be able to resolve this.
perhaps you might be better on a livechat with them tomorrow?

The fact you have already left shouldn't matter I would have thought.
