So I have cancelled my TV subscription but still want to keep my Buy and Keep movies to watch via Sky Store. I have read that you need to contact Sky Store and have your account changed to a Sky Store only one. Is this true? At the moment I can still see all my movies in my Library on Sky Store. Will they disappear at some stage? Also I am keeping Sky Mobile so will that prevent me from changing my account to a Sky Store only one. or is the TV account separate?
Tried to use the Live Chat on the Sky Store help page, but it's broken and just says unavailable.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI would still get in contact with Sky Store support about this as I think they would still need to change your account to a Sky Store only one as I'm not sure being a Sky Mobile customer has anything to do with the TV account.
