If you have a phone or tablet with which you can log in to Sky store. - try doing so and see if Oppenheimer is showing in your library.
If it shows online in your purchases you should also see an option to "send to box"
try that and then check your Sky box menu under recordings / purchases
in doing this - just be careful you don't click on anything which is trying to charge you again.

To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)
note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.

No that has not worked,is there a number I can call to speak with a human.Sky bot chat is awful

Scroll to the very bottom of the page and now select the Need More Help dropdown, this will lead to a phone contact.
Ignore the automated messages, just wait for an advisor

Hi,yes I did get a confirmation email and when I ho back to the store it shows £13-99 !!

I tried doing this on sky store.com but no joy,my son has since downloaded the app on my phone and low and behold it came up,so I've sent it to my skybox and we are ready to roll.Shame sky are so misleading, nevermind thanks for sll the help
