It was clear I prepaid for a film (scream 6).

Pre paiding for films isn't obvious. We search for scream 6, thought it was available that night to watch with friends and only when finalising the transaction did we notice the film wasn't available to watch. I have not watched the film and would appreciate the amount to be debited back to my account.
