Insufficient credit to make purchase

Hi I'm trying to purchase a movie on sky store, and it says I've insufficient credit and to contact sky. I'm getting sent in circles the Irish number is 0818 and no longer active the number I get sent when trying online help is not available to ring from ireland. How I can fix this problem.

Yeah thanks, was waiting for an hour earlier for live chat, and no joy, sent a mail should hear back in the next 2 days!!

I would guess the live chat to the Sky Store people is quite busy with all kinds of questions being asked related to the James Bond film. Is there no Irish number shown there ?

Yeah that's what I was thinking.  no number available for ireland the 0818 numbers listed in the screen with sky q box are all discontinued in ireland. Google no help either.
