I tried to watch a film and it stated that I have insufficient credit on my viewing card. How do I rectify this?

This is something that should be quite easy for Sky to fix for you so I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding it, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
