You do have access to them via the Sky Store website or apps but not via a Sky+ or Sky Q box. If you are leaving or have left and you can't access them via the website or apps you would need to get in touch with Sky Store support and ask them to change your account to a Sky Store only one:

If you want to watch them via the TV and your TV has the Sky Store app built in you will be able to do so or you can use Chromecast to stream them to your TV.
