I've rented the wrong film format on sky store, and it won't let me download it

I rented the film bikeriders and and now it won't let me watch it as it has been done in UHD which we don't have

Hi @Maria7813   As long as you haven't tried to watch it you won't be charged. If you delete it, and then delete it from the deleted section you will be able to rent the correct format. Recording-> Manage -> Deleted.
