I've rented a film by mistake but don't know how to cancel it can anyone help please?

If you ordered it on a Sky Q box and have not watched even 1 second of it, just delete it and delete it again from your deleted folder (within recordings / manage)
You should then not be charged - but do keep an eye on your bill
