I’ve ordered movie in UHD by mistake

So I thought I had an ultra hd tv and have downloaded a movie that won't play I've deleted it and reset my box but it will not allow me to try again in basic hd

Hi @Opal+x 

 

After deleting it - you just have to go to your deleted items and delete it again out of there 

 

Then you should be fine to diwnload in HD or SD 

 

Is this a rental ? If so you should not have been charged for the UHD rental as you haven't started to view it
