I’ve ordered 2 movies but haven’t received the dvds

Hello, I've order the new James Bond movie a few weeks ago and I still haven't received the dvd

If you definitely ordered the DVD option (rather than the download only option ) you should have received it by now. Mine arrived in 3 days.
