I’ve just gone to use a sky store gift and it’s seems to have changed me.

I've just gone on to sky store to use my gift which expires today. It asked for my pin but not the offer reference and now when I look on my bill it seems to be charging me for the movie. 

I've then gone on my sky and again no offer code requested. What can I do to remove this from my bill

I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
