I've downloaded a rental film in UltraHD, but my TV can only play HD. How do I change or cancel the download so that I can watch it?

If you rent a uhd movie on your Sky box and don't view any of it (which you won't have done without a UHD TV) then you won't be charged. The charge only kicks in when you start to view

so just delete it - then go to recordings / manage / deleted and delete again out of there

Then just rent it again in the format you prefer.
