It's just stuck telling me I've prevordered it, release date 26th august but just won't play x I have other preordered films and they all play but this one just won't x single mum, driving me insane,

I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this as they might cancel this pre-order which will then allow you too order it, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
