I pre-ordered a movie and paid. The release date has passed but I cannot watch the movie its not letting me, what can i do to get access to the movie?

We've heard of a few issues with pre orders over the last couple of weeks
the easiest way to resolve them seems to be (not ideal I know) to do a live chat with the Skystore team to ask them to delete / cancel the pre order- and then just purchase as normal
