If so, I don't think the Premiere rentals will work for you - (some sort of extreme copy protection )
If something else - let me know and I'll try to suggest something else

Normal use of +HD box with TV which has worked for years with rented movies. It's clear from recent posts that something is wrong with this particular download, not the renters.

You are correct it has @grahamy0 but these are not your usual rental films, they are premier rentals and as such Sky has extra restrictions placed upon them by the studios and that is that they can not be viewed via a magic eye (or similar) and can only be viewed via a TV that is directly contacted to the Sky+ box.
