HI @YvetteSimmons I would try setting the audio format to "Normal" on your Sky Q box. It may be outputting a sound format that your sound system cannot decode.

Hi, thanks for trying to help. Unfortunately it didn't work. After calling customer services we tried everything, still nothing so movie will be credited to my account.
