I have tried to rent a movie but accidentally pressed for uhd tried to delete but it’s not giving me

Tried to rent a movie but accidentally pressed for uhd . Cancelled download and deleted but every time I go back to rent it the only option is for uhd and not for hd

This should be an easy fix for you @Mechred .

 

Delete the UHD version and delete it again from Recordings > Deleted so it is removed completely from your box. Once you have done this you can now download the HD version.

I've just done the same thing!! If I delete and start down load again will I be charged again!?

Hi @Lbel 

 

If you rented the UHD version and you don't have a UHD TV, then you can't have watched any of the UHD title. So you won't have been charged for it 

 

So if you delete and delete again (as described above), then rent the correct format, you should only be charged for the latest one.

@Lbel 

You are only charged when you start to watch the film so if you do download the wrong one or you download another rented film and decide that you do not want to watch it then you are not charged.
